​Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via Internet download, all sales are final. Once you receive access to the digital files, bundles, or templates, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

​Why we do this: Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned or restored to inventory once they are downloaded or accessed.

We want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase.

• ​Damaged or Corrupted Files: If a file is broken, corrupted, or missing components, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [Your Support Email]. We will gladly replace the file or help you troubleshoot.
